In this video I go over 16 tips I have noted from my aunt, Mariann Domonkos, who competed for Canada in the Olympics in Table Tennis in Seoul, 1988 and who has stayed athletic all of her life, has worked as a professional photographer for decades and now effectively manages real-estate properties with my uncle, Adham Sharara, the chairman of the board at ITTF and former longstanding president.

1. Create & Follow Plan
2. Focus on improving weak areas in specialty
3. Keep separate files
4. Divide life & organize separately into own areas of improvement
5. Self-reflect realistically to improve
6. Don’t blame your losses or issues or anything on others
7. Don’t put it off, do it right away
8. Listen/Learn from those that are better/ahead
9. Have your papers/documents organized, ready, easy to access
10. Focus on the next thing so you’re ready to hit
11. Triple check
12. Constantly Follow Up
13. Take the initiative
14. Set clear goals
15. Position yourself ahead of the problem
16. Figure out if you’ve been forgetting, avoiding or missing
